How ridiculous does the above statement sound to you? When was the last time something became popular through word of mouth when it was declared like that? Nobody wants to like something because it is crammed down their through, they want to like it because they like it, they want to own that liking. Help your customers find their own path, don’t be the next agency.com, buzz is organic not artificial.
